We will be there with you every step of the way to help you create and reach your weight loss goals. Expect to see great results AND develop lifelong habits that will empower you to keep the weight off.

We use evidence based coaching and training programs to help you reach your weight loss goals. Clients experience state-of-the-art VO2 Max and allergen testing, which enables our staff to personalize a twelve week program for you that will include:

  • Collaboratively creating a custom Wellness Vision so you can create compelling goals
  • Weekly coaching sessions that keep you motivated and help you continue moving towards your Wellness Vision
  • Creating a custom nutrition plan with a registered dietitian; includes one follow-up appointment
  • Completely custom workout program based on your body parameters and goals
  • Suunto training heart rate monitor
  • Exit appointment including tools for going forward and measurements
