For many of us, those New Years Resolutions we committed to last month have fallen by the wayside.
Take a moment today to set just one or two realistic goals that you can stick to. Fantasy-land goals will just frustrate you.
Make your goals as real and specific as possible. For example – I will eat breakfast five days out of seven. I will walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes three mornings a week.
Small goals that you accomplish add up quickly to big results!
