What is it?
Vera Challenge is a monthly competition among Vera clients. It is designed to increase the success of Vera clients by strengthening accountability among the Vera community.
Holistic fitness is a lifestyle, something that really never ends. What we are doing with the Vera Challenge is creating accountability by building a community of support. Then we are measuring fitness activities on a monthly basis and celebrating the minor victories along the way. The ultimate goal is a long-term healthy and active lifestyle.
The Challenge is simple, you form a team, establish your goals with a trainer, add them to your team goal, and start tracking your points. Vera trainers will assist in establishing appropriate goals for teams. Your challenge is simply to reach your monthly goal. Teams that reach their goals will be rewarded by being invited to Vera's quarterly Celebrate Success event!

1. Join a Team - You may already be working out on a regular basis with someone else at Vera. That person would be a perfect team mate. If you don't know any other Vera clients, simply leave your name at the front desk, and you will be matched with a suitable Vera teammate.
2. Reach your Goals - Your teammates will keep you accountable to your workouts and ensure that your reach your goals.
3. Get Rewarded - You will be invited to Celebrate Success, a quarterly event held at Vera Fitness for clients that reach their goals.

Rules
- Teams must consist of at least 2 people, and no more than 4 people.
- Teams must come up with a team name.
- Teams are not required to work out together, but it is encouraged.
- 3 Categories with point values: Kinesis, Stretching, and Cardio.
- Outside activities count but need to be reported to the front desk at Vera.
- Teams must be formed at the beginning of the month. No one can join mid month and compete although a conversation with a trainer is encouraged
- All teams that reach their goals will be invited to Celebrate Success!
