Our nutrition philosophy is based on clean eating and mindfulness. Consuming natural foods like vegetables, fruits, lean proteins and complex carbohydrates is essential to overall good health and well-being. We don’t believe in diets but rather in healthy lifestyle change. We want your nutrition to be a part of your unfurling wellness education and not a quick fix that doesn’t last. While this approach may not seem as sexy as an all or nothing diet at first, we find that focusing on behavior change and bio-individuality serves our clients best.

Weather you enroll in our seasonal cleanse or join us for a clean eating demonstration, this is your time to refresh goals, get new information and commune with others who are exploring eating well to enhance their health, longevity and enjoyment. One-on-One with a NutritionistWe have a dietitian on staff who can assist you with interpreting the results of blood and allergy tests in addition to providing meal plans and supervising elimination diets. Clean Eating Journals by Vera WellnessThe staff at Vera Fitness has written and designed 5 food journals to assist you in tracking what you eat, learning about clean eating and finding healthy recipes to get you started.
