All Fusion classes are taught at a moderate to vigorous exertion level – however modifications and periods of rest are offered. We encourage you to work at your own level to obtain optimal results.
This 50 minute Fusion Fitness session is a fast paced , full body workout focusing on core strength drawing from the diverse disciplines of yoga, Pilates, plyometrics and classic strength training. All Fusion classes are taught at a moderate to vigorous exertion level – however modifications and periods of rest will be offered to all are welcome. This is a fast paced 30 minute session focusing on cardio vascular conditioning and plyometrics. This session is great as a stand alone for a busy day or an excellent addition to a Kinesis or Mind-body session before or after. It is by nature a vigorous class – but is open to all skill levels. Variations are offered.
Much like our Fusion Fitness session this 50 minute session is fast paced and a great all over workout. This session in rooted in the practice of yoga – but will draw on the diverse disciplines of Pilates, plyometrics and classical strength training to develop strength and endurance. Each class will include extended standing poses, balances, powerful vinyasas, seated postures and occasionally introductions to more advanced poses like inversions, back bends and arm/hand balances when appropriate. All levels of yoga experience are welcomed as modifications to all poses are provided.
