This 50 minute session introduces you to fundamental movement and alignment principles that will strengthen your Kinesis and Fusion Fitness practice, improve your posture and aid in correcting muscular imbalances. This session does not teach the program of the month like our Foundation and Evolve sessions but instead offers new areas of focus weekly. Great for new students and experienced students looking to fine tune their practice.
This 40 minute session emphasizes alignment, body awareness and will help to improve muscle endurance. One to six students will be lead thru 4 moves at each of the 4 kinesis stations and 2 cardio and strength stations off the wall. (A new kinesis program is designed monthly.) Appropriate for first time clients.

This 60 minute session is high intensity and combines elements of cardio, strength building and flexibility on and off the kinesis. One to eight students will do up 4-6 movements at each of the 4 kinesis stations, alternating with four cardio, plyometric, strength building and abdominal stations. (A new kinesis program is designed monthly.) Not open to new clients. Please try a Foundation or Evolve session for your first Kinesis visit.
